Addressable Market & Vertical Focus
The Opportunity Is Broad — The Execution Is Strategic
Across the United States, there are over 33 million small businesses, with approximately 6 million employer-based firms.
Within service-based industries alone, the numbers are substantial:

Even capturing a fraction of one vertical represents thousands of potential clients.
The Role: Director of Client Growth (Remote)
This is not a traditional appointment-setting position.
This is an opportunity to help build and lead the client growth engine of a high-ticket AI consulting firm.
Structure
• Fully remote • Results-based (not clock-based) • Performance-driven • Designed for autonomy and ownership
Initial Focus (First 60 Days)
Strategic outreach to qualified business owners
Building authentic, professional conversations
Booking qualified discovery calls
Managing CRM follow-up systems
Maintaining consistent pipeline activity
Success is measured by output and quality of engagement — not hours worked.
Compensation & Income Growth Structure
This role is performance-based and directly tied to closed clients generated.
Compensation is earned per client that signs and completes their initial payment.
Per Closed Client Model
For each closed client:
$400 performance payment
This structure rewards measurable revenue generation while maintaining long-term company stability.
What This Looks Like in Practice
If in one month:
4 clients close → $1,600 earned
6 clients close → $2,400 earned
8 clients close → $3,200 earned
10 clients close → $4,000 earned
There is no cap on volume. Income increases proportionally with performance.
Volume Performance Bonus
To reward consistency and momentum:
Tier 1 - Momentum
6 closed clients in a month
+$500 bonus
Tier 2 - Elite Performance
10 closed clients in a month
+$1,500 bonus
Example:
10 closed clients → $4,000 base → +$1,500 bonus → $5,500 total for the month
Bonuses are designed to reward sustained performance, not isolated activity.
Payment Structure
Performance payments are issued after client onboarding and confirmation of initial payment.
Growth Path
As performance becomes consistent, the role can expand into:
Expanded responsibility opens additional earning channels over time.
Why I Reached Out to You Specifically
I’m not building a large team.
I’m building a small, high-standard growth unit — intentionally and selectively.
When we spoke, Kay, a few things stood out to me.
You communicate with confidence and warmth. You naturally build trust. You listen carefully and respond thoughtfully. You carry yourself professionally.
In a world increasingly driven by automation, those qualities matter more — not less.
Technology powers the systems. Trust drives the decision.
You also shared that flexibility and remote opportunity are important to you. This role is designed around ownership and results — not rigid structure.
That combination is rare.
I don’t bring people into early-stage growth casually.
If we move forward, it would be because there is clear alignment in:
• Standards • Work ethic • Ambition • Long-term thinking
This is the beginning of something scalable and meaningful.
If that excites you, Kay, let’s explore it seriously.
